"Wellness rollout was rough"
The wellness program rollout was kind of a mess. The HR sync seemed to break almost every week, and it got frustrating fast. I still remember one random Thursday when everyone’s step counts vanished and the dashboard was showing someone named “Test User 47” at the top. Weird little detail, but it basically summed up the whole experience.
"Good workouts, but the app gets frustrating"
I do actually like the workouts, and some of the wellness content has been more useful than I expected. The app is easy to get around, and I’ve found a few classes that I keep coming back to when I want something reliable.
That said, it can be annoying to use every day. It freezes on my phone sometimes, and the search doesn’t always help me find what I’m looking for. I also reached out about the issues and never got any follow-up, which was frustrating. Overall, the content is good, but the app experience feels a little clunky.

"Ended Up Giving Up Because It Kept Freezing"
In the end, I just didn’t feel like grokker.com was worth the hassle. I really wanted to give it a fair shot, but the constant tech problems made the whole experience more frustrating than helpful.
The biggest issue was the videos. They kept buffering even though my internet was working fine everywhere else, so it didn’t seem like the problem was on my end.
On top of that, the site randomly logged me out a few times while I was using it, and some pages either took forever to load or just threw errors. It got old quickly

"Instructors were hit or miss"
Some of the lessons were fine, but others were kind of hard to follow. I asked for a bit more clarification on the basics a couple times, and it felt like that simple request just got brushed off. It was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything extra, just a clearer explanation so I could keep up.

"Not really worth the monthly cost"
I gave Grokker a try for a bit, but the subscription just didn’t feel worth it to me. There are a few decent videos, but not enough that I’d want to keep paying every month. For the price, I expected more variety and more newer content. I ended up canceling because I can find similar workout and wellness stuff elsewhere for cheaper, or even free.

"Personalization doesn’t really feel personalized"
I tried Grokker because I was hoping it would actually recommend videos around my goals, but the weird part is it kept feeling kind of random. I’d pick what I was interested in, then still get suggestions that didn’t really match, and it didn’t seem like it was paying attention to what I watched or skipped.
Maybe it clicks better for other people, but for me it felt more like a general video library with a few filters on top. If you’re expecting something that builds a plan that genuinely feels made for you, I’d probably manage expectations.

"Not enough variety for me"
I really wanted to like Grokker, but I was hoping for more variety 😕 It felt like I kept coming across the same types of wellness and workout classes again and again. Some of the videos were decent, but after a little while I got bored and didn’t feel like there was much new to explore. For the price, I expected way more options. Just not really worth it for me!

"I stuck with the wellbeing program for..."
I stuck with the wellbeing program for a few months, hoping it would eventually click, but it just didn’t do much for me. I didn’t feel noticeably better, and I couldn’t really get any habits to stick. Looking back, I kind of wish I’d trusted my instinct earlier that it wasn’t the right fit for me

"Lost Interest Quickly"
I tried using it for a few days, but I got bored fast. It didn’t really do much to keep me motivated, and part of the issue was that I couldn’t tell who was actually supposed to own what or guide the process. Everything felt a bit unclear, so I just stopped using it.

"Hard to get around, and support made it worse"
I really wanted to like Grokker, but using the site was frustrating. The menus feel kind of messy, it takes way too many clicks to find basic stuff, and some pages just aren’t very clear. I reached out to support hoping for a little help, but the response made me feel like it was my fault for not figuring it out instead of acknowledging that the site is confusing. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it got annoying fast and I ended up giving up

"Video quality is alright, I guess"
The video quality is kind of hit or miss. Some stuff looks nice and sharp, then other videos look a bit blurry for no obvious reason. It’s not terrible, just not super consistent...

"Support took a while and I wasn’t fully confident"
I had to wait longer than I expected to get help, which made me a bit wary since I don’t usually have a lot of trust in customer service to actually follow through. They did eventually sort things out, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole process felt just okay.
